Hewlett Packard completed its lease renewal of regional office space in El Segundo, CA. The Palo Alto-based technology company will maintain full occupancy of the 47,576-square-foot office building at 621 Hawaii St. at El Segundo Business Park. Asset Management Consultants purchased the single-story structure in June 2005 for $10.6 million, according to CoStar Group information. Property Management Associates is the asset manager and property manager of the building.
