Creative companies are finding Marina del Rey to be an effective market being just north of the increasingly-hot Playa Vista market, while just south of the always hot Venice and Santa Monica markets. Marina del Rey rents are below its' peripheral markets' rents, so companies can find a nice value in this market, along with great creative space. There are also a tremendous amount of amenities and outdoor space to enjoy for employees, as well as easy freeway access with the 90 right there. Marina del Rey will continue attracting great companies from all over LA as the market will continue to improve.
